Leading Through Complexity
Executive leadership, strategy, organizational change, communication, culture, decision-making, talent, and performance.
For more than 25 years, Dr. Sarai Koo has worked at the intersection of leadership, human behavior, education, organizational change, and performance.
Dr. Koo is a Human Systems architect, executive advisor, researcher, educator, speaker, and creator of Project SPICES™ and Re+Calibration™.
