Purpose & Direction
Explore where gifts, responsibility, opportunity, conviction, service, and contribution may intersect.
FAITH · PURPOSE · CALLING · DISCERNMENT
Some decisions cannot be reduced to productivity, strategy, or achievement.
For people who specifically want faith included in the conversation, Dr. Sarai Koo offers a private, Christian faith-informed pathway for exploring identity, purpose, calling, discernment, transition, restoration, responsibility, and spiritual alignment.
Spiritual questions can be examined alongside practical decisions, leadership, relationships, responsibility, identity, and the realities of everyday life.
Explore where gifts, responsibility, opportunity, conviction, service, and contribution may intersect.
Work through competing options, uncertainty, fear, responsibility, timing, consequences, and what a faithful choice may require.
Examine what happens when identity becomes entangled with achievement, approval, productivity, title, caregiving, or other people's expectations.
Navigate endings, beginnings, career changes, relationships, relocation, loss, leadership transitions, or seasons requiring a different posture.
Consider truth, responsibility, forgiveness, boundaries, reconciliation, grief, release, rebuilding, and healthier alignment.
Bring spiritual convictions into conversation with leadership, relationships, work, health, capacity, priorities, and everyday decisions.
Faith-informed work should not create more pressure to perform perfectly. The goal is greater honesty, responsibility, wisdom, clarity, and alignment.
Dr. Koo's faith-purpose work is designed for people who voluntarily want Christian faith, prayer, Scripture, spiritual discernment, purpose, and practical life questions considered together.
The purpose is not to tell someone what God is saying. It is to create space for honest examination, thoughtful discernment, responsibility, prayerful reflection, and more integrated decision-making.
Alignment is not about creating a life without tension. It is about examining whether convictions, commitments, relationships, responsibilities, priorities, and direction are increasingly coherent.
Examine values, spiritual convictions, assumptions, inherited expectations, and what you are actually orienting your life around.
Look at where time, attention, energy, money, responsibility, relationships, and decisions reveal actual commitment.
Consider whether current choices, habits, relationships, work, priorities, and commitments are moving toward the person and life you intend to become.
Dr. Sarai Koo's broader Human Systems work examines identity, relationships, leadership, responsibility, environment, development, decisions, patterns, and alignment. For people who intentionally want faith included, those same questions can be examined alongside Christian convictions, prayer, Scripture, purpose, calling, and discernment.
The aim is not to separate spiritual life from practical life, nor to use faith to avoid difficult realities. It is to examine both with greater honesty and coherence.
Faith-purpose work is educational, reflective, advisory, and developmental in nature. It is not psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, crisis intervention, pastoral authority, or clergy services. Professional or emergency services should be used where appropriate.
Start with the decision, transition, calling, relationship, leadership pressure, loss, opportunity, responsibility, or spiritual question you are carrying. The work can begin there.
